She has designed HR strategic plans aligned with business objectives for major logistics operations, led workforce planning initiatives for Royal Mail to ensure critical skills coverage across key roles, and implemented robust Industrial Relations programmes that reduced formal grievances from 57 to just 5 within 12 months.
