Throughout his career, he has led major change programmes delivering more than £20 million in savings, overseen the start-up of five distribution centres recruiting over 3,000 employees within 18 months, and served as Interim CEO guiding a major UK logistics organisation through a critical period of transition.

His work has included a strategic review for National Police Services that delivered £4 million in annual savings.
